New president in Peru

Hello /newpol/! Nice to meet you.
I just heard on the radio a new president assumed the role in Peru and he sweared oath on the previous contitution and not the latest one on purpose.
I knew the last president was a die-hard communist, stalinist, maoist or castroist die-hard. And on the ceremony he didn't pass the cerimonial ribbon afraid he would be booed.
What are the ideological leanings of the new president? How much an ally and simililar is he to Fujimori and the not-commie previous presidents of Peru? Will his presidency be any like Fujimori or more like President Reagan (runaway corruption or only government ballooning)? Or can I have better hopes?
Anarcho-capitalist, Rothbardian, Hopperian views are not only welcomed, they will be taken as precious gems.

Wow, you are a retard. The previous president was a centrist that leaned a bit towards the rightwing. The current one's  a "I can't believe its not Chavez" type.

Retard call people retard. Well, you know this much. But why the contitution gimmick?

He went from commie to centrist. He's a politician, he wants to use nice sounding lefty leftist empty platitudes but he also knows that if he fucks up the economy he will be made to suffer, so he is allowing corporatists in through the back door to pimp things up a little.

So he is just like Lenin when he made the New Economic Plan in 1921. He is a hardcore soviet:
"Allowing some private ventures, the NEP allowed small animal businesses or smoke shops, for instance, to reopen for private profit while the state continued to control banks, foreign trade, and large industries" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Economic_Policy
