start an all white college ?

I never noticed whites having an all white college,where the blacks-Jews-Christan's-Asians all  have their own college of which they can only attend.

So could one go and start an all white school?

Yes if you could get the funding for such a project.  Of course you wouldn't because most schools are mostly white anyways.
