start an all white college ?

I never noticed whites having an all white college,where the blacks-Jews-Christan's-Asians all  have their own college of which they can only attend.

So could one go and start an all white school?

How do you guys define race? Being white? There are many white races, often some considering themselves better than the others. So, how do racists like you define race? Where do you draw the line?
