start an all white college ?

I never noticed whites having an all white college,where the blacks-Jews-Christan's-Asians all  have their own college of which they can only attend.

So could one go and start an all white school?

No, actually they are much worse. If they managed to exterminate ALL minorities, they would still be racist and they would simply find victims within their own race. This logic of hating anything different never stops. That's why it is a dead end logic.
