What to do about rape accusers

What law reforms should we pass to deal with women who call people rapists?
Should we execute them, cut off their tounges, or cut out their uteruses and chain them up for public rape with various unpleasant objects?
I don't really care if they are calling actual rapists rapists, because I don't mind a few rapists running around raping people, as much as I mind the abundance of women who oppress men through calling people they don't like rapists.
Now I know that a lot of you want all women to die and be replaced by robots, or at least be made sex slaves, but keep in mind that there are a FEW decent women out there who doesn't deserve to die or be raped, so we can only really crack down upon the rape callers and the feminists.

So what do you think?

Bush was all on about how America was under attack from muslims. He completely missed FEMINIST terror groups, like Rainn, whose misguided popularity lets it attack society with false propaganda, but who would be just as violent as any other extremist religious nonsense group if put in the same place.

Once again: For women, opinion is fact. Women THINK that there's over twice as many women getting raped than what's actual confirmed, completely out of nowhere. This is how the female shit-for-brains work: It makes up unreasonable things based on opinion.

...and we men seldom openly question a female opinion because we can't. Women worship opinions as facts, and in western countries we have to worship their insanity along with them, or else we get accused of rape.

That's why we have anti-rape laws right now: Women have actually OUTLAWED and VILLIFIED any objection to them making their minds up however they want, where it's whether they want to have sex, whether they're a whore or not, whether they cheated on their husbands or not, or whether some guy is to have friends and a reputation or not.

...but instead of shipping Rainn and similar feminist terror groups off to the torture camps abroad, we should build new ones here, and call them public correctional facilities, where accused men can torture and execute women who's wronged them with rape accusations during the feminist regime.
