Cops are Assholes

Cops are assholes.

...and I'll tell you why cops are assholes:
Across the world there's laws against jaywalking, being homeless, being gay, and so on, and there's not one single law against being an asshole.

...which I think should be a major concern, because we're not mad at the jaywalkers, the homeless, the gay, the people waving their dicks around in public, not as much as we're mad at assholes.

So why are there no laws against assholes?

Because the ones at the top that's making up all these laws are assholes looking out for themselves. They don't want people beating them up, so they pass laws against being assholes up. ...because we don't want to beat random people up - we just want to beat up the assholes.

...and in steps Mr. Policeman: Protector and Servant of the Assholes. Police techniques aside: This guy is geting paid to protect assholes from what's coming to them. Whether he knows it or not, he's the ultimate Warrior Asshole.

Who keeps bumping this shit each time? Looks, you have normal cops (the more honest cops) who are there to uphold the law not to be above it, then you get the asshole bent ones who think they're above the law. And then you get the ones who put on riot gear and everyone hates because they're seen pushing someone over or beating up some kids who are smashing windows.
There are clear distinctions. Of course you're going to get the minority of a type of individual who ruins it for everyone else, i.e; the bent cops who think they're above the law.

When a cop is arresting a drug dealer, or arresting or shooting dead someone who's stolen a car or killed someone and is resisting arrest, does that make the cop bad when they're just there making sure that drug dealer can't get you high, addicted or OD'd, or trying to stop that car thief or murderer so they can't steal your car or stab you death?
I think OP fails to actually distinguish between the honest cops and bent asshole cops and the ones who conducting brutal riot patrols, and would probably make a good cop himself if his reasons for tarnishing them all with the same brush is the fact he saw some videos of riot officers beating some guys with batons, and would probably make a good cop because he recognises those actions as bad. Or maybe he just tarnishes them all as bad because he wants to do something the cops would deny him.
