Am I being exploited?

Hello comrades-
I need some advice from the leftists on this board. How do I know if I'm being exploited by a capitalist? I certainly don't feel exploited by anyone. I currently work at a restaurant prepping food and do odd jobs. Please help so I can know whether I should start a revolution or something. In the course of a revolution, should I spare my manager? He's a decent guy- maybe he's being exploited by the owner- if so, should I alert him of this fact so we can join forces?

This country is no longer capitalist, strictly fascist.  Every aspect of fascism applies to the U.S., do the research and you'll know what I mean.

We as men and women have been completely domesticated and forgotten our roots and are disconnected from nature and reality and a just sense of human rights and needs.  Do what you are told, like what we tell you to like, and eat and drink the shit we provide you.  Oh and obey our laws and give us a fat chunk of your salary so we can use it to go murder people and peddle drugs and take over countries.>>That shit doesn't happen man you're crazy - why do you care so much?
