How can we make newpol better

Newpol as someone said is not dead but it's just filled with ignorant faggots not worth talking to. How can we make it work?

Personaly I hate hard rules on forums and I do approve of mild and humorous trolling. Still, without the essence of a politics forum: the actual political discussion, it just doesn't work.

What do you recon we should do?

Is there anyway to have the mods remove certain threads? I'm talking those "I hate cops" troll threads since they serve no purpose but stroking the OP's ego
