Obama Now Impeachable

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates has just inadvertently made the case for President Obama's impeachment.  On ABC's This Week, Jake Tapper asked Gates, "Do you think Libya posed an actual or imminent threat to the United States?"  Gates responded, "No, no. It was not, it was not a vital national interest to the United States."

Biden claimed during Bush's administration that he would move to impeach any President that puts the United States military against another country without a priori justification (such as them attacking us first).  Those were his only conditions and last time President Bush actually got Congressional approval within the required guidelines.
