Of course there are cliques of corrupt politicians, cartels, criminal organizations, massive scams, injustices which have been normalized and things like this. What you are describing is an evil boogeyman sitting in an ivory tower cackling as he engineers every single world event but never actually accomplishing anything, which is just intellectually lazy. People like you shit all over the grass roots movements, investigative journalists, detectives and lawyers actually trying to make a difference.
