Anyone live in WA state?

There's a lot of initiatives this year can someone tell me how to vote on them?

I'm thinking about voting yes on the liquor initiatives and yes on the income tax for the wealthy (unless this could really be expanded to everyone in 2 years like the ads say, is that true?)
