I hate England because the English hate us, i also heard Bush was very unpopular in England, but the English love Michael Moore.

Actually, Americans hate the cheap Chinese crap that politicians have let flood their markets.
It's almost impossible to find ANYTHING that is well made anymore. Americans will gladly pay more for stuff that's built to last, but they can't find any :)
