Does anyone have any 2009-2010 polling information on Bush's overseas popularity? I doubt it matches the minor resurgence he has received in the States since leaving office but I would rather quote something solid and can't find anything.

The English don't really hate Americans.
We're not too fond of the americanisation of our country, but its a bit of a moot point as the american culture is a kind of seperate development of western european and largely British cultures anyway.
