Economic system depends on US

We need to change the economic system so that it no longer depends on how well the US us doing.

For example countries such as the UK are starting to do well coming out of recession but then the US goes into to negative growth and starts to jeopardise it. Why?

We all depend on each other, no country is self-sufficient, not even North Korea, our fates are intertwined. The only way out of this is to go back to an agricultural society or become 100% self sufficient and thus isolated from the rest of the world.
