Being British

Name: Anonymous 2010-08-17 6:53

Being British is..... driving a german car to an Irish pub for a Belgian
beer, then on the way home, grabbing an Indian curry or a Turkish kebab, to
sit on a Swedish sofa and watch American shows on a Japanese TV. And most of
all being suspicious of anything Foreign. Oh and.. Only in Britain .. Can
you get a pizza to your home faster than an ambulance

Britain is a nation of shopkeepers.

Name: Anonymous 2010-08-17 7:27

Hmm... sounds a lot like what Murrica used to be, a bunch of Mom and Pop stores, then we became a nation of obese, big ugly box stores like Walmart.

Shut up asshole, at Walmart I can buy everything I need a week piss cheap in 30 minutes. With mom and pop stores I have to go in and out of 20 stores and converse with obese ugly ass shopkeepers with cheesy BO in their dusty stores for 2 hours to buy overpriced junk that I usually find out is rotting or defective in some way and I can't get a refund for.

See, this is the kind of jerkoff I'm talking about. A crude, foul-mouthed degenerate who can't appreciate nothing. Also, is obviously doing it wrong in the mom and pop area. Internet is where you'll find most of the good stuff, not your cheap dollar store junk in your hick town.

Go fuck a shit up your ass.

A crude, foul-mouthed degenerate maybe, but there are plenty of those to go around anyway. What matters is I'm a worldly pragmatic crude, foul-mouthed degenerate.

I listen to Indian classical music, I do not do this because I want to pretend I'm culturally enlightened, I do it because this music really resonates with me, I don't give a shit where it's from, I don't care how unfashionable the crude, foul-mouthed degenerates around me think it is, all I care about is the fact I enjoy it.

Well, I'm happy for you. I'll just be content knowing that the system you love is not sustainable, that's all.

Also, pragmatism is a cancer inflicted upon society that bars it from reaching its most potential. Great societies throughout history didn't follow such adolescent, philosophical tripe like pragmatism to achieve great architecture, music, art, science, governance, agriculture, the wheel, electricity, the internal combustion engine, refrigeration, air conditioning, space travel, etc.

Being American is..... driving a Japanese car to an English bar for a German beer, then on the way home, grabbing an Italian pizza or a german hotdog, to sit on a Chinese sofa and watch Canadian shows on a Chinese TV. And most of
all being suspicious of anything Foreign. Oh and.. Only in America .. Can you get a Lawyer to your home faster than an ambulance.

Being English is...coming from the south east, seeing everyone wearing posh materials made by a Chinese slave labourer (poor sods), listening to these kentish people talk in an up strut politically reformed way hearing the local KFC waiters talk to you in nothing other than a foreign language and seeing sluts stroll the street with all this surrounding Europe's most predominant drug centre in which you can get a pathetic ounce of soft Thai weed...faster than you can get ambulance.

But that wasn't redneck-wigger, it was gibberish.

Google Translator doesn't have a "gibberish" setting yet.

Not to mention the "English bar" part... wtf? And Americans don't drink German beer, they drink shitty American beer, and sometimes Corona, Heineken or Guinness.
