Constitutional Rights

Too much of one thing can cause a person a lot of stress, and you know what's stressing me out? All these rights guaranteed to me by the U.S. Constitution. There's like—how many—a couple dozen? And they keep adding more! Isn't that a bit much? I'm just a simple man who likes simple things, and I can tell you right now, there's just no way I'm ever gonna need all those constitutional rights.

Did anyone even ask me if I wanted all these rights? No, they did not. And, to be honest, I'm a little chafed about it. It's hard enough keeping up with the bills in my mailbox without some huge Bill of Rights hanging over my head. People are always talking about rights, or protecting them, or trying to get me to exercise them. Enough already!

God, I feel like I'm being suffocated by personal liberties.

Where do you live, and can I move there?

I live in the USSA (United Socialist States of Amurrica) and I have no First Amendment freedom of association--I am forced to live and work with filthy violent diseased niggers, spics, and AIDS-dripping homosexual babyfuckers.

I have no Second Amendment freedom to arm myself for self-defense; the police threatened to arrest me for walking down the street with a rifle slung over my shoulder.  Nor are manportable antiarmor weapons available to me.

I have no Fourth Amendment freedom from unreasonable search and seizure; the police can arrest me and declare that the amount of cash I have in my wallet means I must be a drug dealer, and seize the cash without ever charging me with a crime.

I have no Fifth Amendment right of due process.  If I buy land without knowing it was previously owned by a chemical company, and the government later declares it to be contaminated with toxic chemicals, I, and not the prior owner who contaminated it in the first place, am liable for all cleanup costs.

I have no Sixth Amendment right to speedy trial--criminal trials drag on for years.  Nor have I a Sixth Amendment right to confront the witnesses against me, if I should happen to be accused of molesting a child.

I have no Eighth Amendment right to protection from cruel and unusual punishment.  Any working-class White man who is imprisoned is likely to be locked in a cell with a dozen AIDS-dripping nigger faggots, who will gangrape him repeatedly until he dies.

I could go on, but I think I have made my point.

OP, where do you live?  I think I want to move there.
