Most people consider is to be a "loaded word".
Some people deny there's any niggers left in the civilized world - that they've all somehow magically been civilized into "African Americans", that we have managed to in 200 years turn them into, what it took us 2000 years to become ourselves.
Bullshit.
I can go as far as to say that SOME of them has undergone this miraculously rapid transformation, but far from all of them. An undisclosed number of them has instead learned the easier way out: To prey on your ignorance, and to decieve you for their own selfish needs and gratification.
...so let me offer you a lesson that might one day save you your life, or at least some unnecessary grief:
A NIGGER IS NOT YOUR FRIEND.
You may TELL yourself that you're friends with niggers, but they sure as hell ain't friends with you. "It's a black thing." If there's anything that Malcom X has taught niggers, it's that niggers should keep to their own.
Allow me to differentiate between a black man and a nigger in three examples:
A black man will borrow your bike, and then return it when he has repaired his own.
A nigger will "borrow" your bike. A nigger will take your bike, then SAY he will return it when you ask him for it, then say that he HAS returned it when you ask him for it again, acting like somebody ELSE came to your crime-free neighborhood and just HAPPENED to steal it between the time that he returned it and the next time you inspected your driveway. ...and when you walk all the way over to his place, you will find it standing in his driveway, because he hasn't had the time to sell it yet. Then when you then call the cops on him, he will act all surprised about it: "But he told me I could borrow it!"
It's not just a saying: A nigger will steal your bike. I don't know why bikes are so irresistable to niggers, but a nigger will even steal his "friends" bikes.
Again: A NIGGER IS NOT YOUR FRIEND.
If you're lost, and you see a black man, and you ask him for directions, he will give you accurate, honest directions. He will at least try, or at the very least turn you away.
A nigger will give you accurate directions, alright. He will politely tell you exactly how to get the furthest possible way in the OPPOSITE direction, on purpose. If you ever return from your little camping trip in the woods, and find him standing there, and you confront him with why on earth he would give a complete stranger false directions, you will get the answer that you sounded rude when you asked.
We used to hang niggers back in the day. I wonder why...
If you ever get raped, and you tell a black man about it, he will feel sorry for you, and he will hate your attackers. You might think that this a natural thing to do, and that every human being has at least some semblence of loyalty in their narrow, right?
Tell a nigger about it, he will listen to your grief, and he will feign sympathy for years, and soon enough you will see your rapist be listed amongst his best friends on facebook. Ask him about it, and he will tell you: "He's really a nice guy once you get to know him." Apparently they had something in common: You. I bet they had great fun making fun of everything you told him as a "friend".
...so the next time you see an "African American", ask yourself: Do you feel lucky? Can you tell the difference between a black man and a nigger in time?

Learn the difference, OP. There are more black people than niggers to begin with, and there would be less niggers if it weren't for hundreds of years of ingrained institutional racism and a power hierarchy that doesn't give a shit about anything except money and power.

When viewing blacks, I like to try to differentiate between the ones that are culturally American, and those that come from that stain known as Africa. The culturally American ones always deserve the benefit of the doubt from me. I let them prove that they won't chimp out before I hate them. The obviously African ones though, they're dangerous and probably HIV positive.
africans are a important part of the human heritage. They are our brothers, our allies, africans died defending the united states of america from the british... "our own people", and they continue to defend united states of america today.
Africans have a great culture, one of the best in the world but they would rather leave it all behind to become like us. Africans are great people and they have a lot to offer.
