The rest just want stuff for free and damn the unflattering logistics of it. I haven't seen a serious report that has any of healthcare reform sufficiently worked out, financially or commercially. The ratio frequently mentioned (I've heard it from both Democrats and Republicans) is pay 10 years for 6 years worth and that's retarded if it's true. Plus, what serious consideration has been given to what will happen those first ten years before the actual onset?
There is one thing I admit I could never wrap my head around. Proponents claim that we're paying for these co-called uninsured people every time they go to an emergency room. So why do we need a formal option for them? we're already paying for their care through taxes, which is what we'd be doing anyway. It's redundant.
