States can nullify the health care mandate as unconstitutional. Thus, not having the federal legislation become law in states that nullify it. Nearly thirty some states are proposing to do such a thing. So all you opposed to the health care mandate, start pressuring your state legislators and don't even bother with the bozos in D.C.!

This bill will actually do nothing. You won't be able to just go to a hospital and expect to be treated, you'll still need health insurance and it will still cost the same.

Texas will secede from the union over this.
