It seems like too many and some users seem to ingrained to be trolling.

No doubt.  And the only time they admit what they are in public, they're either wearing sheets and pillow cases over their heads, or gather in large numbers because they're afraid they'll get the same treatment they dished out generations ago.  Of course deep down inside they also know that they should be ashamed.
