Sup guise. Some dude was going on about how Goldman Sachs owns the government and whatnot. I asked for some info on the subject like you do and was referenced to this great article in RS. Can't stress enough how informative it was.

Goldman Sachs is a relatively small investment bank. They just get a lot of attention from the tinfoil hatters because it sounds jewish.

Was watching the news this morning, and there was a short segment on Goldman Sachs... And it was on Canadian TV!

Supposedly, they gave themselves 140 billion dollar bonuses, or something. They pointed out that this is an increase over their 2007 bonuses - before the economic meltdown.

To be honest, I'm not really surprised.

I don't hate the rich, people work very hard for their money, but making money at the expense of... well... EVERYBODY ELSE is against my morals.

At the very least, it was in poor taste.
