No it does not mean black. You are just showing how ignorant you are. Negro means black in Spanish. Nigger is not the same. Nigger is used for uneducated people and people who no one would care if they died. However over time the word nigger came to be used for slaves and thus got used as a racial slur for blacks. But it was not always a racial slur against blacks. The word nigger predates slavery.

What are you doing? There is no need to be so PC here. After all I already stated that when I use those terms there is nothing racist or discriminatory about them. So please, instead of politically correcting them look at the context the words are used and try to give insight into it. All this PC stuff you are doing is senseless. And besides as much as I hate using words discriminatory of race it is still within the right of free speech for them to do so. So let's not limit people's free speech here.
