why did apartheid last so long

the whites went from a sizable minority to a tiny minority in 80 years... other african countries could supply the sa blacks with ak47s rpgs mortars what would they need more to overthrow the whites... its easy to recognize the enemy... the color of their uniform is the color of their skin... yet they didn't, the whites gave up themselves... i really don't understand this

We should all remember the greediness of the Europeans and their craves for exploitation of Africa. Africa was very calm and peaceful before the European vultures came in to partition it(Africa) without due consideration of the various respective cultural and social backgrounds and what the partitioning will cause Africans. That was totally selfish! Apartheid lasted for so long in SA because of the selfish gains of the Whites therefrom. Time will fail me to mention vital issues to buttress my point here.
