Wut? No Iran protest threads?

Why aren't you guys talking about what's going on in Iran right now?

I just love "the watchers council" or whatever they're called:

"This election was fair and just. ...like every election has been in the past. In fact, this election was ESPECIALLY fair and just."
"Yes, we admit that there has been many districts in Iran where the number of votes has exceeded the number of voters, but they're much FEWER than the oppositions claims. Did we mention that this election (in PARTICULAR) did not involve ANY form of rigging (such as adding votes in favour for the winning party)?"

I mean I know that Iran's not very educated, but are those statements supposed to fool anyone?
