I eat two pieces of fruit and one meal a day
I eat the required amount of fresh vegetables (300gr/day) about 4 times a week, the days that I don't is usually when I eat pasta with bolognaise sauce or rice with curry
When I eat meat I usually eat a bit more than the maximum recommended amount of 100gr/day. I try to make up for that by eating vegetarian for 1-2 days a week .
I don't eat bread, potatoes or sweets except on sundays, I always eat at my parents' home then and my mom often makes fruit pies, of which I eat two slices.
Also I mostly drink water plus a few glasses of red wine a week.
