In theory, if the former Yugoslavian states reformed under one flag, ruled by representatives from all the states (maybe even picked a city in the dead center of Yugoslavia for its capital) it would stop any possibility of war breaking out again? Even become an EU member and a European power? Is this even possible?

I know there is still a lot of resentment between ethnic groups. Myself as a Croat i cant honestly say i hate Serbians, and i know many of by Bosniak friends feel the same, but I've heard others say the could never forgive them.

I don't want this thread to into a race war. all sides did shit things.

How can you imagine yourself living in a country with the people you hate? Also, can you name me a successful European con/federation (except Switzerland)?

Troll harder. "Most minorities", by that you mean "Serbs"? When Croatia declared independence nobody really liked them, but nobody wanted them out. They started the war with the help from their eastern buddies and escaped when they started losing it.
"The Serbs are evil ethnic cleansing/genocidal maniacs" are the words you would hear from any person on the Balkan peninsula who isn't Serbian or Greek.

and everyone else who thinks that "both sides are to blame"

Do you think there's an equal amount of blame on both sides? Who do you think is to blame for Yugoslav wars, the republics which legally declared independence (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia) or the Serbian government and rebels? And the Kosovo war (1999)?

Each side did war crimes, that's completely true. Which has done the most? Ask a Muslim, Croat, Slovene, Kosovar; the answer will always be the same.

Sorry for the grammar mistakes, I'm not a native English speaker.
