In theory, if the former Yugoslavian states reformed under one flag, ruled by representatives from all the states (maybe even picked a city in the dead center of Yugoslavia for its capital) it would stop any possibility of war breaking out again? Even become an EU member and a European power? Is this even possible?

I know there is still a lot of resentment between ethnic groups. Myself as a Croat i cant honestly say i hate Serbians, and i know many of by Bosniak friends feel the same, but I've heard others say the could never forgive them.

I don't want this thread to into a race war. all sides did shit things.

no. that's one side view.
any improvement begins from both Croats admiting for themselves on reflection that they also ought to be blamed, or conflicts will never come to an final end.
nobody can be infallible.
