As this article clearly shows, Eric Holder has little regard for the rights of private citizens. So much for the notion that Obama gives a shit about your civil liberties.
*Obama's new attorney general claims the Second Amendment is NOT an individual right, and even supported a brief to the Supreme Court in support of the D.C. gun ban arguing that the complete ban on self-defense and gun ownership in the district was constitutional!
*After the 9/11 attacks, Eric Holder writing in the Washington Post calling for the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms to keep records of every gun sale, and that prospective gun owners should be checked against secret terrorist watch lists by the government.
*Following the recent court decision in favor of 2nd Amendment rights, Holder whined about it that it would allow more people to have guns.
*Holder played a big role in the nighttime government raid of Elian Gonzalez in which Federal agents stormed into the young boys' home at night bearing machine guns and pointing them at the young boy and his family.
