I don't think he's antisemite, but he's definitely not as friendly to Israel.
But Jews, being who they are, will take offense to Obama's recent slight snub of the Jewish country. Also, if you're going to call Obama antisemite, you may as well call Sweden anti-semite as well for proposing Jerusalem to be split in half to solve the whole Jew/Arab conflict. Honestly, that might be the best proposal. It doesn't matter who finds which city important to their religion, if they can't share, then make them share.
Besides, Israel may be turning to Russia more for support nowadays rather than the US
