The meme came from all the spamming by RP supporters. Relevancy is in the eyes of the beholder. I personally found him to be not only viable but the last hope America had to escape from fascism. But it's too late now. Brace for impact.
As for the topic at hand, you can see where I'm going here... both candidates are the same. Both want bigger government, perpetual war, bailing out banks, etc.
