By default, when I said the culture in the USA wants profits over health, then NO -- no candidate can really change that. But the major candidates are entirely in favor of turning your care over even further to the insurance companies, who will literally deliver ZERO care for HIGH premiums. That maximizes their profits. When it comes to health care, if that's a primary issue for you, then voting for the Democrat or Republican is a truly STUPID move. Both of those assholes want to make you a literal slave to the insurance industry.
