The Blacks in the USA have had many generations of nativity.  Hence, you're making no point whatsoever in line with the other dippity-doos who think that Blacks have to be shipped "back" to Africa.  Shipping ANY native Black to Africa makes about as much sense as shipping me back to Germany.
