Let's say I'm on a horse with a bullwhip tending my cotton fields and I decide to crack that bullwhip because I enjoy cracking bullwhips. Now let's just say there happens to be a shirtless black guy in the general direction that I've cracked my bullwhip. Let's now say that this black guy just so happens to decide to pick my cotton and pack it into bails because he enjoys it. What's wrong with that?

Consider Einsteins observation that someone falling and someone floating in space does not notice the difference. It's the exact same thing. For a neutral observer there is no difference between this instance and slavery, thus slavery should be legal.

The flaw here is that you didn't mention that you just happen to be on those cotton fields; they are not yours.  So when I just happen to show up there with a gun and -- noting well that I enjoy firing it -- you just happen to be in the path of one (or more) of the bullets, then what's wrong with that?  Nothing.  Einstein agrees.
