Women having sex with underage boys

It seems a new case of this sort ends up in the news like every week now.  Most guys claim that they'd been delighted if they fucked an older woman when they were a teenager.  But are these women hurting these guys in the long term?  And if so, do they deserve to be in prison and live as sex offenders for the rest of their lives?
