Lern2 economics fags. All businesses are a mix of competition and cooperation and market forces determine which should be used. Why have 2 competing companies researching the same drug that will eventually save lives when their funding can be combined? We could have that drug earlier if the pharmaceutical companies unite and then someone's father/mother/son/daughter won't die. You will find that the people who make these decisions are a lot more intelligent and educated than you and you don't understand them simply because you are ignorant.
