I lived in the New Oleans area for 5 year just prior to the flood. So I can say, Those people were acting like that prior to the flood, there just was not any media attention. New Orleans is a cesspool. Those people are morons! Their Mayor Ran away from the city to Dallas and they reelected him, because they would rather have a black mayor than a good one.
