Bush is Christian-how could he start a war?

There's only three (3) possibilities:

A: He's not a Christian.
B: Christian's don't mind war
C: Some tricky combination of A and B.  For example, maybe Bush and the Christians don't really care one way or the other.

Under a libertarianism warfare would be fought through free trade, libertarian businessmen would negotiate mutually profitable deals with other countries and then proceed to employ their principles thus proving the benefits of the freedoms.
