Listen, Black Africans have an average IQ just below 70. IQ is biological, and education can't affect statistical g much. This isn't about it being genetic -- though most of the gap surely is according to every paper so far -- it's about it being there, even if it's caused by non-shared environment. We *know* that phenotypically Black Africans have a low average IQ. We *know* that people who score low on IQ tests, for whatever reason, just can't be educated to capacities higher than ~predicted by their IQ.
So why would Watson say that education is the answer, if not having a nigger interrogating him, and his cowering down (just see the video)? It's inane.
