Prove that Negroes are not, as a group, the least cost-effective "citizens" any nation could possibly be burdened with.

...so, you can't prove it?  Given that Negroes are in the aggregate a $700 billion dollar per year liability for (prisons; welfare; lost productivity due to violent crime) the US, I'm not a bit surprised.
