What would be your political ideal? Let's say you were elected president, what would you do to make America a better place?

I was thinking something more along the lines of a list of values and preferred systems of government, I will take it you are apathetic and kleptocratic. What if the states decide to use their federal powers to reinstate the presidency and hold elections the moment you leave?
