Ongoing Success of Concealed Carry

Almost eight years ago a republican governor in Michigan named John Engler (R) passed a law securing for Michigan citizens the right to carry concealed firearms on their person for defensive purposes and to better secure their right to defend themselves. 

Eight years later and looking back, what was the effect of this? The following article examines the situation in hindsight:

The statisticians point out that when Right-to-Carry laws have been put in place, individual counties have experienced an 8.5 per-cent drop in murder rates, a 5 percent reduction in rapes as well as a 7 percent decline in aggravated assaults."

Your "post-historic" urban areas are not places worth living in.  You're surrounded by chemicals which assault your DNA, and concrete that you can't grow food on.  It's post-modern and in-FUCKING-Human.  It's more fail laid on top of decades of existing fail, all to made a firm foundation of fail for the next generation of mega-fail.
