Who would support Iraqi genocide?

Honestly, they've already had their chance to try and govern themselves. Now they just get in the way.

How can you honestly argue that these people are still humans, considering the number of atrocities they commit against themselves daily? How they can't even get over a sectarian religious feud that started eons ago? Or even how the average Iraqi has an IQ far below that of retarded?
