Usually something like 30% of people vote, these people are usually quite moderate, care about issues that actually affect them and looked at both sides of the argument. The other 70% don't think or care about voting. The democrats are stirring up "OMG U R OPPRESSSED MINORITY" faggotry to convince about 65% (women, hispanic males and black males) of that 70% to show up at a voting booth and vote demuurcrat just because the person they are voting for is part of the same demographic group as they are.
