That was used as an example about the deletrious effects of parasitic speculators hoarding Real Estate, I don't think anyone can really buy Real Estate on The Moon. No one actually "owns" The Moon so how could anyone be selling Real Estate there? Unless you believe that Moon Landing Hoax and believe that The Moon is owned by The US Federal Government.
