I have to agree with the above anons on the state of the UK.
You have no rights. Seriously the government here, unlike in the U.S, is unlimited. And they are making absolutly sure to make use of everything they can to run your life, indocitrinate your children, influnce media and culture and watch you where ever you are.
Oh and the culture, what happened, what a disaster. The only culture we have left after the labour years are, ASBO's, binge drinking and teen pregnancy. Honestly go ask a English person, "what is english culture?" they will shug at you. This has of course lead to the lower classes, who generally depended more on community and culture, becomming an abomination. Chavs are everywhere and they're fucking violent and fearless of our coward policemen.
Good luck defending yourself, or your property for that matter. Beat someone up who robs your house and you will be sent to prison, if you smash a bottle over someones head who is attacking you you will probably be sent to jail. There is a farmer still in prison for killing two teens who repeatedly robbed his house over a period of months, the police did nothing and he didn't like them robbing his house so he shot them, now he's doing life sentances.
House prices are insane, don't plan on finishing paying your mortgage anytime soon.

Government is more interested in cateriing to minorities and pressure groups which is generally because they have more unanimous voting records.
