Sounds like a marxist conspiracy theory. Maybe this would apply in the 30s but there are many rich non-whites and non-whites in the government, so I doubt it's true.

This happenned and we've had 40 years of civil rights, million man marches and affirmative action. The only people "telling it like it is" nowadays are the Bill Cosbys and Alan Keyes.
