No, it's an EVIDENTIARY INDICATOR that you were crying to begin with.  The information content of your denials can't be used as evidence since you have a clear conflict of interest in the matter.  That content must be rejected, summarily.  So, the EXISTENCE of your denials have to be used in their own context, that being:

"Constant denial is one of the signs of uncontrollable sobbing."
