I used to think the same as you, but its just a push towards a better world. Obviously some sections of the HR act are more important than others, but shit like the one in question is more aimed at ironing the bugs out of developed countries with stable workforces, not 3rd world shitholes where gangs of rebels are massacring parts of the populace where more important things than employees' rights are to be sorted out first.
