Porn as a means of birth control

Japan's low birth rates may be due to a proliferation of condoms, sex dolls, porn videos and magazines, hentai manga, anime and games, anime figurines, etc.  Should such pro-porn culture be available in the US in order to curb birth rates?  Or will it weed out those who have access to higher income, computers, etc while the lower class continue to reproduce?

So you advocate luring eastern European women into sex slave rings and shipping them to America as long as it fulfills someone's personal liberty.  I'm sorry, but that makes you a JEW.
