Problem: The people who obtain the majority of government services are POOR people. And POOR people are too ... wait for it ... *POOR* to be able to afford to pay for those services. THAT'S WHY THOSE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO THEM BY THE GOVERNMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE: THEY COULDN'T AFFORD TO PURCHASE THEM FROM THE PRIVATE SECTOR!
